1. Who we are

Ease AI Consulting (“we,” “us”) is based in Wilmington, NC. You can reach us at hello@easeaiconsulting.com.

2. What we collect

• Discovery transcripts. When you use the discovery chat, we collect the text you share with the assistant so the Ease AI Consulting team can review it and write your opportunity report.
• Contact information. Name and email when you start an engagement or submit a discovery transcript.
• Usage analytics. Anonymized page-view and session data via Vercel Analytics. No third-party advertising trackers.

3. How we use it

Discovery transcripts are used solely to write your opportunity report. Contact details are used to send you that report and to follow up about an engagement. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.

4. Where it lives

The site is hosted on Vercel. The discovery chat sends your messages to Anthropic's API for the assistant response. Anthropic automatically deletes API inputs and outputs within 30 days and does not use API data to train their models.

5. How long we keep it

Discovery transcripts and the resulting reports are retained for the duration of an active engagement plus a reasonable period afterward, not to exceed 24 months. After this retention window, the data is either securely deleted or anonymized.

6. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@easeaiconsulting.com. We'll respond within 30 days (or 45 days, depending on the applicable law).

7. Cookies

We use only the cookies required to operate the site and the anonymized analytics cookies set by Vercel Analytics. We do not use advertising cookies.

8. Children

The site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we learn we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes

When we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top. Material changes will be communicated by email to active clients.
