Terms of service
Last updated: 2026-05-10.
1. Agreement
By using https://www.donewithease.io or engaging Ease AI Consultingfor services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or the services.
2. The service
Ease AI Consulting provides AI consulting and implementation services for small and medium businesses. Engagements run in stages — discovery, opportunity report, optional discussion, paid strategy and implementation, and optional ongoing maintenance — described in detail at /how.
3. Free stages
The discovery chat, the written opportunity report, and the optional discussion that follows are provided at no charge. The paid strategy engagement (90-day roadmap, vendor selection, and change plan) and any implementation are governed by a separate signed scope of work; there is no obligation to proceed to a paid engagement after the free stages.
4. Paid engagements
Implementation work is governed by a separate signed scope of work that defines deliverables, timeline, payment milestones, and cancellation terms. These terms supplement that scope of work but do not override its specific provisions.
5. Your content
You retain all rights to the content you share with us during discovery and throughout an engagement. You grant us a limited license to use that content to perform the services. We use it for nothing else.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use the discovery chat or the site to attempt to extract our system prompts, infringe a third party's rights, harass anyone, or break the law. We may rate-limit, block, or discontinue access where misuse occurs.
7. Warranty & liability
The site and the free stages are provided as-is. For paid engagements, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Confidentiality
We treat client information shared during an engagement as confidential and will not share it with third parties except as required to deliver the services. A separate NDA is available on request.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any dispute is resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, NC, except as required by applicable consumer-protection law.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date at the top of the page reflects the latest version. Material changes affecting active engagements will be communicated by email.
